Thread: AHH SOMEONE TRY TO SAVE ME!!
Ok hi all. I looovvvee pikeman, and have been it and stuck with it ingame for the whole time. Although they have made us so weak lately, thatI am starting to get bored. Unless I get an ETA on the melee fix, I think im just gonna go TKA. Ihave said that ill stick with pikeman the whole time, but, im jsut, TIRED. I hate how weak+low dmg+innacurate+slow speed we are. TKA can regen their stats faster, atack for the same dmg(almost) 8x as fast, and perfect accurcy.
Though, my main reason for wanting to go TKA, well TWO main reasons, are, i just got novice commando, so, if i sell pikeman and get TK, i am stronger, and it saves me points, for medic or something, AND, they are so tough/strong. We get like +4 defense or whatever, and+4 toughness, i am so weak, its iratating.
So, someone try to say something to save me from clicking surrender/typing yes.
Ive been saying ill stick with it the whole time, BUT, im getting bored as heck trying to fight things, seeing almost garunteed misses, and being so physically weak.
When/if they fix pikeman ill for sure come back, but for now, meditation seems appetizing, and all the +defenses do.

IF or WHEN Pikemen do get fixed...there won't be that many because most will have already lost patience and you will be one of the few, the proud, the PIKEMEN!!
On top of that, TKA will be a dime a dozen.
so...on the bizarre chance that we do get fixed, should we boycott all new trainees? Make em pay for the lack of faith?

biwan: MohrI love my Pikeman. Awesome PvE class. Maybe we need adjustments in PvP. I don't PvP so I can't say we do, personally. Tho my expericnace in other games, when it comes to PvP and PvE are this. In PvE every class has it's place and performes well in it's optiomalenviroment. In PvP, however, some classes are clearly better.
Off balance? Well the dynamics of the game just won't allow for everyone to be equal at everything I'm afraid. Warriors in EQ. You have to have em. Good in PvP? No, the worst class there could be for that type of gaming, but you need em. It's a hard life on the "Zek" servers for a class like the warrior or the Monk,but you have to have em for raids.
Uber PvP classes. Yep, they exist. Always have. Is there any other class they can take down a higher level, highly skilled Bard? Read the other boards on PvP vs the Bard. Whats the number 1 tactic.. run to the zone.
