Can someone tell me exact how can i get one?
And is the Poisonspike slice able?

A loot drop from N-K Necrosis (in the mydrill caverns on kashyyyk), and it is of course slicable just like any other weapon (only existing limitations are: it was sliced already before the recent changes or is biolinked).
