Thread: FMI: What is the best way to solo Nightsisters?
Ok now that I've got that out. I just spam PH3. No big trick. They seem to resist the kd far too much so I don't even bother with it.
If there is more than one ... pray harder. For more then one I spam spin attack 2 and throw in an area sweep now and again to see if I can catch them napping.
So really, us pikeman don't have much luck against them? LOL
Has anyone tried them out since the patch?? I went up against a nightsister ranger - are those the toughest? Do they drop good stuff?
I wanna start getting into hunting some loot mobs =)

Hehe...no, Rangers are not the toughest. Most low to mid level nightsisters we can take out with buffs and armor because they have low kinetic resists (5-25%). The tough ones are the elders and Axkva herself. They have heavy armor and 100% kinetic and electricity resists. All told, it would be easier if the force powers didn't do so much damage and weren't some type of damage other than kinetic (restraint, I believe). You can be tanking one fine until you're hit by a force choke that drops your 3k buffed stats to near zero.

Can picture myself now ... in the buff ... just me, my pike, and my pink hot pants ... whacking away on a Nightsister...
First off, I take those nightsissie force powers and stick them straight up their a...... ummm. Anyway, I rarely, if ever get hit with the force powers. When I do, they don't seem to do much damage to me.
Second, go grab a PSG. I have one that has 27% restraint resist. Not much but perhaps enough to do the job.

You betcha. Fought 2 dragoons, 2 rangers and 3 other ones that I can't remember the name of theother night. I believe they tried that force junk about 15 times. I might have been hit twice I think and neither one amounted to much.
Maybe its just me. Dunno.
