I am a TKM/Master Brawler/Medic who just got started on pikeman. So far Im 0-0-0-3 and am wondering what I should build up first. Im not really in need of sweep ebcause I think Lunge2 is doing the tirck with lower ham costs. Anyone know what I should work up first?

I just started pikeman myself butI have mastered every combat profession execpt this one, when I master combat porfessions I awlays max out speed, what ever tree that happens to fall in I will always get that first followed by accuracy, assuming that it doesnt fall into the combat xp tree. If a more expirenced pikeman has any suggestions I would be interested to hear them aswell.

I did speed n Accuracy... at least to 2/0/0/2 ...then up defense... if ur hurting for defense tho... get to 2/0/2/2 and go back on speed n accuracy...

Speed would be a good first to get when starting Pike. Personally I went after Defense since I dont use armor. Not that I am poor, just don't like it. Right now I am 0/0/2/2, going after speed next then techniques. I suggest getting Techniques last since the HAM costs are so high; the only special I ever use is Sweep1.

I always look at this the other way , you can get speed first and not hit anything really quickly , or go for accuracy first and....hit things.

Maybe im wrong , just seems to make sense to me.

Or better yet, you could realize that the support line is combat xp and the stances line is polearm xp and you could do both at the same time!!

I couldn't resist that one.
