i've noticed ns spell weavers to drop the best stuff (besides djm's), i get +13's sometimes (best was +13 pistol spd)

Is there a certain mob or group of mobs that drop these (like Nym's gaurds for vibro motors) or are they just random?

skill tapes drop from any NPC rarely, and from mag seals and "loose debris" in the caves on various planets. Most people goto the borgle bat cave on rori to get good skill tapes, but expect it to be over camped. Search from cave to cave, to see which ones have they or not...but its purely random. Good luck in your hunt

I don't think attachments ever drop with specific skills, I think it's all random. The values depend on the level of what drops it, though. Lord Nyax drops +10 or better attachments, aa'kuans drop +2-+5 attachments, tuskens drop various levels, etc.
