Are Polearm Counterattack & Evasion mods that a pikeman benfits from? OR are they mods that someone fighting a pikeman willbenefit from?

Only SOE benefits. They don't do anything.

Let's assume that the mod works... Any ideas if this would be a pikeman skill or a defense against a pikeman's attack???

i do not care if they work. or if they ever work for that matter.
let me rephrase my question:
what do you think was the intent from the developers for these mods.... to be for a pikeman or for someone fighting a pikeman.
