I'm not using Polearms right now because I'm doing swordsman (Its just so I can get a NS energy lance without paying millions of credits...) will I notice a difference in accuracy? Thanks in advance for any help.

When I say "will I notice a difference", I mean will I be more accurate than when I had 70 polearm accuracy? (I wish I had an edit button.....)

First and foremost there is an edit button to community members ![]()
In terms of hits vs. miss I believe there are many variables.
One of the most import is your accuracy rating vs. the mobs melee defense and is a direct effect on "hitting". Also are the range mods which would play a factor.
On a mob with ZERO melee defense and your 100% accuracy rating it would be safe to say you would hit everytime (this would be non-inclusive of range mods, etc), as opposed to a 70% rating in which you would hit every 7 out of 10 times (in theory). So the short answer? Yes, however, please consider the other variables as well.
BTW - the edit button is the first option under "Options" of the post you wish to edit - and of course, it must be your post

Thanks for all of the info I was looking for, but only Community Veterans can edit posts. I've tried and I cant do it, only Veterans can.

You will hit about 3 out of 5 times with a -30 accurate weapon. With a -5 weapon you'll hit about 4 out of 5 times.

A short answer to your question.
Yes you will notice a difference. Once you get +100 accuracy even pre patch LVA's with the -54 range mods hit far more often in PvE.
For me I noticed more hits than misses now. For my polearms grinding I'm using a pre patch LVA with a speed of 2.5 (sliced with speed powerups) with -50ish range mods and I barely miss.
