Very nice. Personally, I went with the a similar template, but with Master Fencer and only TK 0100. So I still get the improved CoB, and I just wear armor that's the same stats as innate (6000).

By going with fencer, I get to use the awesome fencer weapons to thier full potential while taking advantage of the best specials from each melee prof.

I basically analyzed a couplet things to decide, by asking a couple questions...

What gets you the best weapons? Fencer, ROTW quest weapons hit fast and hard with low SAC.
What gets you the best defense? TK, because of improved CoB
What gets you the best states? Fencer and Pike together for these, gets you every state and AOE.
What gets you the best accuracy? Swordsman
What gets you the best speed? Master Brawler since you already have 4444 at this point rounds it all out.
