What kind were they and are they ingame? If they are ingame I would hope they would be one of the strongest, consider it cant be chopped up by a LS.

They are called ElectroStaff's..... they are not ingame lootable. They are not mean't to outright kill the target, they leave leashions and bruise's but with enough force or a strike to major organs etc can be fatal.
