Hello my fine fellow Polearmists!
I still haven't had quite enough respec points to master both Pikeman and Commando, although I did get Commando completely mastered, as well as Pikeman 4-4-0-4, so I must say I loved having a chance to /respec. I should be able to master Pikeman easy enough, and I won't have to ever gain a point of xp with any Commando gear, tho I can now throw grenades with the best of em (I think, anyone know if only Master Commando can throw Grenades and such as well any combo-profession?)
Though I stillCan Notplay. I freeze every time I play.

Changed my plan, and I thought I would hear any feedback that is offered.
Now I'm looking to do Master Brawler, Master Pikeman, TKM, Swordsman 0-0-3-0, and the Exploration line in Scout. I think this is, perhaps, a very good character template design. I will be trying to pick up FS skills over time and eventually let go of Scout, but this seems like a very good build to do some very good things. I think I will be pretty easy to overcome in PvP 1-on-1 because if I get out of range there really isn't much I can do, and of course without medical skills I will go down pretty quickly anyways when I'm on my own (I really don't have a crew atm).
.
Feel free to offer any comments.
.
Also, for posterity, I am atm a TKM, Brawler 4444, Pikes 0044, Swdsman 0030, Exploration 4.

Why are you getting the Exploration Line of Scout? If it is merely for the better burst run and terrain negotiation, think of the alternative... buy burst run food, buy BE clothing with Terrain Negotiation (up to about +17, which is good).
You will be just as good. You could use them points for something else, like more swordsman. The only benefit you will lose is the abilty to harvest.

I'm actually looking to have those points available for when I eventually get some force sensitive skills. Gotta have melee speed/accuracy, not sure what else. I could go for the 4th box in my swdsman tree for only 2 skillpoints, tho I do get what im after in that wonderful 3rd box.
I want to avoid learning to melee with skills or abilities that I will have to give up, this way I have some floating points that I can be more flexable with until I really get up there with the fs skills. Exploration 4 is just what I have selected atm, it could also be two full lines in Swdsman, or I could go for the bleed out of the fencer tree (or something else even). Tho rather than trying to min/max my toon, I'm looking to have the floating, earmarked for fs skills, points.
