Pikeman Archive

SOE doesn't seem to be looking to compensate for every (any) adjustment that causes certain subsets of the playerbase to lose something. Your subset here would be the people who owned doT Pikes. As I do feel for you, some of the pikes were so frickin valueable, there is no sense in feeling cheated. If you want pain, check the thread mentioned in my post.

Eh.. and what exactly is it you want for the pikes you lost? Do you expect a CSR to contact you, ask how much you payed for your pike and transfer millions of credits to your bank account? It won't happen. Every time you log in you see 'Gameplay may change during online play' or something like that, and it did.

I had looted LVAs and medicine worth millions turned into junk as well.. I also sitting on a 150k stack of great Avian Meat no one will pay the 100+ cpu that I spent on it any more. Everyone has lost their share during the CURB, pikeman aren't any special in that.

Thank goodness DOT weapons are gone. You say your old weapons are useless but what are the new stats on them? DOT's caused nothing but griefing and problems. Sorry that you lost so many credits but the game itself is much better that these types of weapons are gone. Pikeman are actually pikeman again and not just dabblers who got pikes to use a DOT weapon.
