it is my understanding that when you train other players, the higher up the skill you teach them the more AXP you get.

I just taught someone Master Polearm support and only got 20 axp

That's the same amount you get for teaching Image Design 1 in Entertainer!

Were you near the cap? You can only hole 1240 AXP at the same time. If you had 1220, you'd only get 20 for training someone, no matter which skill you taught them.

You get 10 x the skill points used in app exp.

The novice professions start out with 2, then go up. The elite professions start with 5 and go down.

Training a level 1 elite skill is worth more than a level 4.
