Plan on coming back to Pikeman (yet again for round 3) as soon as I grab another character.
As the title suggests it's currently unsliced and unpupped and I'm trying to get info from you guys on what you think would best suit this pike.

Are you sure it's unsliced? Because it looks like a pre-CU VL to me (because it has mods and a SAC of 94), of which 99.9% are already sliced. Pre-publish 19 sliced weapons don't show if they're sliced or not. But if indeed it isn't sliced yet I would go for a lvl 3 damage + lvl 1 speed + lvl 1 crit slice and put a SAC powerup on it.

This should give you around 529-1070 damage and a SAC of around 65, pretty nice weapon you'd have then.

I'm pretty confident it isn't sliced already. It's one I had laying around in a bag with some others that actually weren't that good before and only reason I kept them was because the mods weren't too bad at all on them. There was no point in getting them sliced then and I'm pretty sure I never did.

I guess when I go to get sliced I'll find out for sure if I did slice it before or not (Pretty sure though that I didn't)

Don't quote me, but you may not be able to slice it anyway.

I have an NSEL from a good source (ie, I trust their word)that is pre-cu and unsliced and it can't be sliced now. Is it possible pre-cu converted weapons don't slice to stop them capping easily or just cos SOE don't know how the current code works?
