have anyone tested what the chances are to be hit with improved COB compared to COB? I know about the mitigation factor so you dont have to reapeat that

I don't think COB increases the chance of a miss much, if at all, not like pre CU where if you had COB running you rarely got hit. I got ICOB a few days ago, and notice that I get almost every attack (I'm TKA3444 ATM) but the damage is way reduced. I don't have numbers to give you, but tanking 3 level 82 pikets with ICOB running, I was doing fine, I lost track of my timer and moved when my macro refired ICOB so it didn't stick and I was down in a few seconds.
