Hi

What does 100+ polearm speed as i guess master pikeman gets mean. What is the lowest speed that makes sense having with a 100+ polearm speed? I have a 2.7 spd vibro lance.. Is it better to use a dmg sliced one as master pikeman?

Master Pikemen get +75 speed. Each speed point is a 1% increase, so having +100 speed means you swing at the speed cap, 1.0 seconds.

At 94 you are already capped.

94 will mean that you your delay is 6% of what it would have been otherwise. Even with specials you'll never hit a 16 second base speed and therefore you will be capped even with specials.

However, the speed formula may be changing.

Ive found an armor attachment with +4 polearm speed, and I have of no use to it. Would it be of use to a pikeman considering it being +4?

If its worthless, at what amount of speed would a pikeman be dying to get its hands on?

I have a +7 AA that i bought for 1.1 mil, overprice if you ask me

Last I checked, TKA is the FOTM, or Fencer- I see SO many wearing the Teras Kasi Master title. But I have seen an increase in pikemen, myself included since I want a challenge after getting a tad bored with rifleman and swordsman (I'm keeping swordsman though) and may master brawler to raise speed.

CH was fotm aug-nerf....

tka was fotm back in septemberish ...

fencer was fotm around nov-dec

CM/rifle was fotm last month

now its pikeman

im glad that i picked up my tapes before the sudden surge of DoT interest

oh my god do these things start out slow. 6 attack speed etc. What, as a master, do you finally cap at for your speed? Okay okay going to read through the stickies too.
