I've been soloing flit missions on lok, they are pretty good, you can do them without buffs,andspice, stims help though
I'm 0-0-1-0 right now, I was wondering where you guys think I should level.

Go to Fort Tusken on your server - hopefully, someone's placed a PC city closeby.
On Naritas, Palpatina (player city) is 500m away from the fort. A very nice place to...(eh hem)...play!
Join up with a group, and aspiring medics will LOVE you!!! cuz you'll eat up your HAM, and they will constantly feed you more HAM (if they're good medics).
Oh, and someone who can ressurect is always fun (just in case).

Thanks everyone! I tried Fort Tusken but no Medics would heal me...
They all healed me a couple of times then ran off... I'll probably go back though. Talus? I've never been there. I'll have to try that too. And Savage Quenkers? Haven't tried them. Will have to do that today or tomorrow, I might get stuck having fun a fort tusken!
