There a lot of threads around for advice on this board and you should check them out, but I would suggest getting1 in defense first then work on ur stances so u can get ur speed up, makeyou offensive tree last

Hello! I am new to the piking profession...looks like fun.
Currently, I am doing holos. But I am trying my best NOT to hologrind...try to keep some honor with my name.
I am a Teras Kasi master, former master riflemen(holo), former master fencer(holo), former master scout(still have some CH, enough for dewbacks), former master marksmen(dropped completly), and here I am, at the doorsteps of a new and exciting tanking profession!
I personnally LOVE tanking professions (I.E. Brawling, did TK for fun ) and look forward to pikemen. Today i will learn novice pikemen, and the first combat XP skill. But for learning pikemen, im not sure which to go for! Some advice on differant pike types...and skills would be nice. Other than that i look forward to reading the boards and moving on up pikemen
