Seemed like today was especially slow drop rate in decent pikes, went though four full sets of buffs and the best lance I looted was 38 str =/. Anyone else have similiar results?

Yep. For the last two days I haven't looted a single lance worth keeping. Stealth nerf perhaps?

Last night I got an Action Fire lance with 4000 charges but it is only 31 strength. hmmm.

There are definately trends in the drops every day.
On BRIA a ton of high-tick low potency stuff was dropping.
In 3 hours I got 4 lances with 200+ tick but 12% or less potency, 2 of them were 1% =)
BUT...the drops were not totally borked I got a +25 Terrain Negotation LVA off an elder =)

I was on Dath last night when I see a solo red dot on my radar. I tabbed to it but before I could notice what it was I was getting ready to pass, something hit my bike for 1800 damage. I look and have to examine the person since the name was so long. It was a Nightsister Spiderclan Elder. Cooool.
Her stats were impressively scary. 80% resists on kinetic and 85% on electricity. I called 2 buddies of mine who were 2-hand swordsmen who love killing elders to help me out. She had 359k HAM.
Needless to say, it took us FOREVER. Thank the Force I am a doctor or else we would have been dead a long time ago. Each of us would have to stop and back out to let our minds heal a bit.
After what seemed like an hour, we dropped her. When an elder runs, thats when it gets nervous. I didn't know if she would vanish, warp 150m in any direction or actually just walk away.
The moment of truth... NOTHING!
I was heartbroken

Yeah man me and a few guild mates dropped a string of elders the other night, all told we must have killed at least 30, but I got a few good pikes from that, one 149-650 LVA with 259 health poison53s 25% potency -1 uses (got a 20% speed slice bah) and another +18 terrain neg LVA, as well as a 149-650 that sliced for 189-769.
This morning on the second drop I looted a mind fire staff though. And so far tons of shards. Today is a good day for loot I can feel it!

Me and a couple others dropped an Elder, and we got nothing. Yesterday I headed to Dath to hunt NS. I found a good spot where Sentinels, SpellWeavers, and Stalkers were spawning. I hunted them for about 3.5 hours. I didn't loot anything from any of them besides some credits. A few days before that I got 3 NS lances from an 1 hour of fighting.

Today was a good day for loot, for me. Two mind fires (one infinte heh)and an action fire and a decent 190 str poison with 80% and 8k charges about 10 min before the servers were going down.

Yeah, the spiderclan elders are rough.... They're at the spiderclan cave POI. Go figure

My luck has been horrible. nothing worth keeping in two days of hunting, ive even tried to kill with swords and pike to see if it makes a difference. nothing

Aye another bum day today as well. Countless protectors, weavers, senteniels, stalkers and rangers gave their lives in the search for a better lance.
Hopefully today will fare better.
