I think its 'exceptional' because of the condition. I have never looted one even close to 749/750. That doesnt make it good but....

yeah I believe it is "exceptional" because of the HAM costs and condition, but still, WHO CARES ABOUT HAM COSTS ON THAT CRAPPY OF A LANCE? lol
