Thread: (Question) Night Sister Lance DOT's

Lets say I have 3 NS lances each with the same DOT, mind poison of various strenght 200, 150 & 300, and poke my foe once with each.
Will the DOT's stack to a total of 650 strenght poison or will only the highest DOT stick/nullify the othersso the total will be 300 strenght?

Is this the same for diseases and fires? Or do they not stack?
I hopethey remove stacking in the revamp to nerf DoTs a bit.

could be mistaken but pretty sure fires don't
why u would bother stacking disease is beyond me, but disease does stack - just doesn't seem to follow same formula; it appears the more times u hit them with a disease the higher the dot.

are you sure the poisons stack that way ? i thought u could land a health/action and mind poison on the target, not 3 mind ones on the same, only the best would stick.. but i may be wrong, any enlightment would be great !

the posion gets worse I know, but not sure of the formula or the numbers but the more you apply the better the effect.

1 dot per weapon type, so if you have a pike with a mind poison you cannot stack another mind poison with a pike, but a janta knife would tick em for 110 more..

no u can absolutely stack poisons.
i hit them with six mind poison lances at 200-300 strength, and each one will tick individually on them. i.e. u dont get a combined total of say 1400 floating above their head, instead u get that 1400 accumulating every 8s as each dot does it tick.
If thats confusing, take my words for it - u can stack lance poisons on the same pool - and they all click for their full amount.
