Definatly, you would only need +7 to cap your accuracy.

Oh I never heard this before...can someone confirm this? Have made a bid on +17 accuracy and that would be useless to me as I already have +7...thx

18 +7= 25 =)

That's what was meant...NOT that you only need 7 from master to cap.

If you get your +17 that you bid on you will only need +1 more to cap since you already have +7 right? (17+7 = 24)

+25 is always the cap on what you can ADD to your existing skill through attachments.

For example if you had belt with +15 accuracy and a shirt with +15 as well, you might show +30 in your skill box but you only get the +25 max bonus.
