hey i'm about to buy a skill tape but i'm not sure if it would even benefit me, this is what it is :

Heavy Weapon Speed +2 and Polearm Speed +2 (one attachment, Heavy Weapon listed first).

There is a way to get your speed from that tape.

If you were gonna put it in something decayable, such that using all slots on the item was not hte most important thing you can try this...

Get a Heavy Weapons Speed tape of appx +2 (since the skill is broken you should be able to get one cheap)

Place it in the item first. You WILL be wasting one slot.

THEN, when you drop your attachment in it will nix the HWS and add the Pole Speed.

Since this wastes one slot it is not a good option to make a non-decaying belt or shirts etc since you want your best attachments in those.

But, as a supplement to your base mods its is one way to go =)
