Well it realy hurst me to say, but after all this time as pikey, my pacience for a fix ran out, and the combate balance developemant notes were the drop that made the water spill out the glass, there for today, with great sorow i droped my pikeman, only memories of great fun stayed
im hope to return itpikeman ever gets fixed, im gonna take something non melee now, probably pistols, maybe do my ranger again or some crafting prof.

Its was the most awsome profecion i played in the game and as a homenage to the profecion, and proff of my future return if pikey gets fixed i made out this....

Hope to join all you my pikeman fellas pretty soon, i apolagize for droping but if i didnt took out anything diferent to keep me ocupied i would probably quit the game

i must say im a new master pikeman and i like the proff... but this forum has really discuraged me. most of the things i read here are negative

That's the problem with these boards, people only post to whine and moan about how everything sucks and when you dare to say that you're having fun with your standard bought pikes and no armor, you get one starred or ignored. It's the same on every other profession board with the possible exception of the ranger board.

BTW people this is not meant as a flame to the original poster, I understand her concerns but don't share them.

I love pikeman! Could we be better at PvP. Oh, ya. But i love it anyway. Every prof. has problems. Look at smuggler! Just stop listening to the people that are down on everything and enjoy the game for what it is (not just talking about the downers on this board but on everyboard). My char that is master pikeman is also doc 4-4-4-0 and fencer dabbler. Also i have a char that is Master weaponsmith and master smuggler, so i read a lot of boards. Most professions have problems, but they are all still fun if you can get past the short comings. Most people just get hung up on the negative, try not to be one!!

Its not the profecion itself the problem, the profecion is great, the problem is realy the game, to al the new one wait to see what combate balance brings, i got a bit disapointed so im doing something else for the time, after it if things get better ill pick up my pikeman again
