There are some great threads on DPS for all the different Pikeman moves, but im wondering what folks use in actual practice.

What have the games' veteran pikemen/women found to be effective combination strings/macro's that works well in PVP? PVE?

Help is appreciated and who knows....maybe this will turn into a cool thread
