I have been trying to incorporate warcry into my PvE however whenever i use it the animation plays and the beast ( in this case was a rancor) stands still and a message appears telling me he will be stil for 10 secs. but then i hit him and he hits me back imediatley, no 10 second delay or anything.
i think this may be useless but see some other pikeie's using it so it must be of some use.
HELP.

Warcry only works now to delay them until you attack again. Use it to change weapons while they are still or heal....thus why the Jedi all use it.

Id recommend using a macro: /warcry /peace If you 'peace' right after they will be delayed for the full 10 sec and you can heal up/regen quick. Works pretty good!

i usualy use warcry for "intimidating" time when PvEing, hit warcry and spamm intimidate, this is vs NS though but should work well against rancors as well, for PvP Warcry is a good chanse to heal DoT:s and switch weapons.

Isnt there a bug where you warcry a jedi and you can start attacking them and the warcry wont break so they are defenseless until it ends?? I dont want to do this to a jedi but if i was ever overt getting killed by one it might be useful dizzy kd warcry then run lol.

Yes it is a bugg, they fixed warcry in a earlier patch but a new one "bugged" it again, warcry is not working as intended in PvP, its ment to freez the oponent but "drop" as soon as you hit/dot tick him again. This is not happening, if using dizzy/kd warcry2 they will be on the ground for 20seks, clearly a bugg. Need to be sorted.

Warcry basically delays your opponet 10/20 seconds from doing their next action, but you must peace afterwards or it no longer works. with 20 seconds on a person in PVP with a fire dot on them will give you enough time to heal up, a bit of regen, switch weapons if necessary and let that DoT tick. Another use which is considered an exploit I believe is to warcry a kd/dizzy'd person, peace out and let someone else attack. They can't move, or heal etc- many Jedi complain about this.
