Did it in 4 Buff Sessions too! Ended up going to the Orphaned Marauder Caves on Endor after trying Jinda Caves, Squill Caves, Sennex Caves, and a number of other caves only to find others grinding there. 
They give 5k exp a kill! 
And the second to last one I killed dropped a pair of Brown Standard Boots with Ranged Defense: 9!!
