i got a question i am tkm/pikeman some members of my guild tonight were krayt hunting and i saw that the swordsman health was unmoviable even when he was soloing these krayts he wasnt dying i would get one on me and little by little my health would go i was wondering why is this he only had swords and i am pikeman/tkm how could he be stronger that me?

you need to use center of being, you need great armor, and pikeman has crap toughness, swords is better

cap block, use Center of being, use intimidate, use a high dmg lance, soon enough you will be rolling with the swordsmen...but in all honesty, swordsmen are more tanks, pikemen are alot more like jedi where as they cant tank really great but they can dish out damage big time

Center of being is in general useless vs krayts. You'll never block. Similarly, melee defense doesn't matter.
It's all about the toughness in high-end PvE.

Get Master Brawler and youll have enough touhgness to solo krayts without having to heal much if any at all.

did pikes twice, did swords twice
I must say I hated swords twice, and loved pikes twice
in terms of damage dealing / multiple enemies handling, pikes are better
as for single targets, swords can be better, for multiple targets, pikes is the way to go.
plus the damage types, swords have blast wich is good, pikes have electricity wich is good too, and if you're lucky enough, you can get a NSEL and deal energy damage.
