After they de-stack bonuses and DOTs, what will our best combinations be?
I'm considering Master Brawler, Master Pikeman, Master Medic, 0340 Doctor.
Currently a TKM, MB, MP, 1000 Scout, 0040 Medic.

We'll have to wait and see how everything works before we can even guess.

Well I went out of my element to a more offensive character and mastered brawler. When doing so I went up the 2h ladder last just by random. And I must say I really started to like the 2h curved sword alot. It's fast, accurate, and armor piercing. I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm almost tempted to master swordsman. I can cut thru big stuff like butter with that **edit** 2h curved sword. So...my post patch build may be taking on a whole new angle...finally being able to put down the pike for good.

Thats exactally what I have been going for from day one....as of now I am Master Brawler, Master Medic, Pikeman 2-2-4-3, and Doctor 0-3-3-0....
I still kinda suck ass, But I imagine once I reach Master Pike I will be happy, I hope...
..on a side note...I just had to drop my Scout skills

Oh man, you should've gone for the speed from Stances 4 first. Can't live without that speed.

well, this is just offhand, but my guess would be that pikeMan/Docor will be one of the stronger ones as usual... Being that they're likely to remove the stacking defenses between classes, etc, and also considering the possibilty that we will be half-done as always. I hope we'l be as viable as any other elite melee class, but that remains to be seen

Wait and see is best for now, the seperating of some defenses is almost guaranteed (ie: Rifleman block not working with Fencer), but its still murky about Melee and Ranged Defense from what I've seen. I know, I know, Thunderheart said something about that... but honestly he's not exactly a bastion of either wisdom, clarity, or having a solid grasp on which way the game is going (other then his love for the "special" class).
