First off thanks to everyone that responds to the "plz help with this question" posts. We apprieciate your wisdom.
I am currently a 4023 and just got polearm action hit 2, if i remeber correct this is the higher lvl action bleed shot? Does it currently stack on to polearm action hit 1? If so, then would this be a good strategy of attack. I have a NS lance that posions action. Do action hit 2, then action hit 1, then spam leg hit?

Yep, right now actionhit1 and actionhit2 stack, even better with action poison...however, the next publish coming up very soon will end this. You'll have one DoT per HAM pool. That means your best bet it to KD and then actionhit2, then leg hit.

Soon, maybe a week or two. It's still called "the January publish," but I think it will be a week late. I hope it will be a week late. I don't want some of the things that are there right now to go live as-is.

off topic, but the sooner it goes live the happier i'll be, i was a master swordsman long ago when those were hard to find and have worked back up to 0404. I've been asking csr's all the time where is the scythe, when is it coming, why isn't it here now, what do you mean you are not a dev and don't talk to them so you don't know. so it's finally here and that's all i care about. it's like having a certification for a vk if you were tka and not getting it until now. doesn't make much sense to me but then again i'm not a dev. it's too bad a few of my master 2hand friends have since left the game. i'm sure they'd want to see this.

ive heard a few things they are changing with the jedi system... dont care for them at all. From what i understand, it will be quest based? How easy will that be! My first thought was memories of diablo 2, gettinga friend to nightmare lvl in 20-30 min. Just stick behind my lvl 76 barb. and my friends lvl 80 sorc. you will be a jedi in no time! Just a thought.
