Thread: Master Pikeman, er, for the second time

I'm back baby, and stronger then ever 
. After a long absence from the profession, I've decided to return to the pike. My first time around with pikeman was a thrill, but I felt as a profession in of itself, it just doesn't stack up with, well, any of the other melee options. But I've once again added the pike to my arsenal, combining it with Master Fencer and some TKA. And I'm loving it.With themelee/ranged defenses from Fencer/TKA, meditation from TKA, added with the status defenses and damage from Pikeman, I've found this to be a very effective combination. Yeah, I could have chosen Heavy Swordsman instead of Pikeman, but where's the fun in that 
? Pikeman have the best loots, best area attacks, and lets face it...they aren't many of us, which I love. Now if only they could do something about improving that energy lance (amongst other things lol). Anyways, it's great to be back.
