It's extremely likely that now that TKAs are involved (and hence a much larger group of players) that some changes will be made to the frequency/source of the loot drops, in this case the NS vibro units. Kind of sad, but highly possible.

do you see the damage on that new knuckler? 99-251 unsliced. With an average damage slice of 25%, that makes it a 314 dmg weapon in the hands of someone with +250 damage = 564 AP1 at the speed cap spamming uh3! Good God!

They better remove the unarmed Dmg stacking with VK QUICK
In comparison, the new swordsman weapon is pretty weak, but it also has a cert at swords IV...

Executioners Hack is a nice weapon.... on my wall for decoration ![]()
Same stats as a Cleaver basically, just a little tweaking and a fancier skin.
Now as to the new VK: If you thought TK were bad before (which I dont, I think they're a great example of a melee class that works very well and we should all be raised to a parity with them) then this will bring out a crescendo of nerf crying that the likes of which have not been seen since, well, since the last time I went to read the Combat Medic boards ![]()
And yes, I agree, unless the drop rate is dramatically bumped up the chances of a pikeman ever getting the "ultimate" pike is Slim to None, and theAlpacas can hearSlim warming up the car...
Anyone else feel that it is time for the TK's to lose their damage mods? Only melee profession left that has +Damage mods and now they get a weapon like this. Very very very sad. Sometimes it makes me wonder what the developers are thinking.
Developer 1: Seems we have a lot of whining and crying TKs. They feel they need to have a different type of damage.
Developer 2: But what about pikemen, we have overlooked them for months.
Developer 1: Yes but TK has more players with the profession. Remember, more players means more money.
Developer 2: Correct, lets give them what they want and while we're at it......give it the same component as the NSEL and then we can destroy any hope the pikemen have of ever being thought about.
