Now, I am not a Master Brawler (yet), but whenever I use Warcry 1 and it sticks, I get a notice that says I have delayed my target by 10 seconds.....then 2 seconds later the target hits me....HUH? Can anyone explain what the heck is going on?

I havent tested it myself for quite some time, but the way i saw they had done it was.

You warcry and a cone shape infront of you gets delayed ( or resists ) then 10 seconds later they can attack you again

but if you hit them it cancels the warcry

not rightly sure though so dont be mean if im wrong

That's correct. It works just like the old way with the exception that when the target is hit again (by anyone, not just you) the delay ends.

In other words, it's useless.

LOL, love the change of subject Legwand! Well, I guess I will look on the bright side, I can add warcry to my list of things taken off my toolbar, along with bleeds!

I've never really used warcry, since it's more useful to be HITTING a thing than just sitting there and looking at it while you're doing your little combat dance/wiggle (you know, the back and forth movement of the knees and waist). I guess it may be useful in PVP where you're being attacked by more than one person. But I wouldn't be able to handle the multitasking.

i noticed this with warcry and was dissappointed. Ithought it would be like a knockdown were we can stick the boot in whilst they r frozen

Suppose it gives you 10 seconds to heal yourself if you are soloing

Does a warcry affect everyone attacking you or just the target? as it would be handy if getting attacked by 2 enemies to warcry one giving you 10 seconds, 1 on 1, to concentrate beating up the other.

I think its a cone shape at the one you targeted so it may get ones next to them or whatever...

The only real use for this is when you are fighting multiple opponents at once which surround you. By doing warcry you can delay all of the things which you are not attacking and concentrate on the one thing that you are attacking. Other than being swarmed by mobs I see no other real use for this.

I have warcried multiple targets so few times, I can only remember once. Does the AOE work better at Master Brawler?
