I've been looking for a new template to try, and I have a soft spot for the non FOTM professions... so of course, I am considering trying pikeman/carbineer. (How non FOTM can you get?! :smileywink
In concept, both have decent attacks on the action pool, but I have heard that Pikeman action attacks are garbage. Is this true? Also, I've heard that Pikeman are good in PvE, terrible in PvP. Is this true? What is the experienced opinion of this profession in terms of the game as a whole?
Does anyone have experience with this template? Does it work well? What other professions does pikeman work well with?
