We have a Weapon Stats thread for this kinda stuff, although...this might be ok as the damage on that thing made me happy in the pants, if I were wearing pants that is...

#1. You now have the same minimum damage as a TKA...congrats....

#2. Legendary i don't think automaticly means high damage.

It seems that a weapon with a yellow name means it has one or two exceptional features.....

Exceptional might be 3 or four.....

and legendary might be 5....

something like that.....i don't know exactly, but you get the jist.....
