I really want to get this staff does anyone know how to get it that can tell me? How do I get the Kaminoan Great Staff

If you've done the Proton Carbine quest for that Carl guy at the start of the Rryatt Trail, he tells you to talk to a wookiee standing next to him afterwards. Do that. This starts a very, very long series of rather rough quests that will eventually get you the Two-handed Sith Sword then a bit later, the Greatstaff.
I'm only about halfway through it.. but be prepared to fight plenty of level 81 Blackscales, and at least one pretty tough space mission.

There's a couple tough space ones. I just got the sword, and now the bothan wants me to go kill the guy in the Blackscale compound. But when I tried to enter it, it told me I didn't have permission.

once he tells you to go tothe blackscale compound, try onpen the door, a high level guard pops right at the doorway, kill him then you can get in, if inside you fail, leave early, die, you must go back and speak to him again and then kill the gaurd yet again to get back in.

Yeah, I stoped the quest when I had to go to space. I hate space and suck at it.
So, what lvl in pilot do you recommend to do the space part and do you need help? Thanks

Don't expect to solo the space mission, if its the one I'm thinking of anyway.. as I recall it consists of trying to kill a Tier 5 VT-49 Decimator and a bunch of escorting Tier 4 Rihkxyrks. Get a few ace pilot friends to help out.
As for the Greatstaff I don't recall exact stats.. I think it was like 950-max, Kinetic damage, like 315 base DPS. Roughly.

yes the space mission is solo i was imp ace and used a few spacebombs for a easy kill, make sure other ppl in your group dont have the same mission, lol as we had 2 gunships to deal with once. Ask for help from an ace pilot, offer to buy some bombs for them, its worth it! make sure when your done at the first part in tatoonie (i think) he hyperspaces direct to the avatar platform before you and takes out the turrets, then you hyper in and do your best to stay alive, if your lucky he may be a privateer and your can ride with the pilot , great fun. but dont give up on grinding pilot, take your time!

The space mission is soloable, I'm 4444 pilot and did just fine. The Decimator is a pain, yes, but imobilize it and you have won. The silly thing is that if all of the 'support' Fighters die before the Dezimator is destroyed the mission fails, so it might take a few tries.
The Compound is another story, though.. was just in there with a friend and got to the bunker.. if I have to kill the named Guy in there (didn't even see the wookies..) and the one at the gate every time I want to try I probably won't bother trying again.. or just wait until I get the chance to go with a full group. At least it doesn't matter when you die in the Compound.. you will respawn without item decay (like on the Corette).

There are two space missions if I'm not mistaken. I think the first one is fairly easy, but the second one is not. I read a very brief writeup of the quest series, however, and could be wrong. I think the second space mission may even come after you've already obtained the staff...

The second space mission leads you to the Etyyy Hunting grounds to kill the Broodmaster, CL84 33k health. Make sure you've run the missions to get in there. You get the sword for killing him, and are then tasked to kill the warden. I got a couple jedi buddies I'll request help from and let ya know how it goes.
