why is the LVA cert lower than the vibro lance? when the only good thing about the lance is elec dmg? should it not be reversed and the LVA be AP1 and the vibrolances AP2? that would be nice IMO.

different damage type me thinks. 
LVA like all the brawler weapons is kinetic, VL being electricity one would think you need to be more skilled at controlling the power output of the weapon whilst you swing it around. That's my logic, don't expect anyone else to understand it but what the heck
