Nice uses on that. Now to repair the thing ...
Seems to be higher starting condition than most things I have seen looted that's for sure.

The dot WILL still stick however .. It's is a bug and is considered an exploit to still use it then.
a little while ago we had a LEgendary Dot CDEF Carbine on our server. had an 1800 Mind poison tick on it, something like 40k uses and the potency was insanley high. The guy went carbineer just so he he could pop off area attacks in PvP. Needles to say pretty well everyone died easily to it. It broke on a repair, but was still used for the Dot which still stuck at the same tick except the carbine itself did no damage. JustG himself posted that it was removed from the game after the complaints rolled in about it.
I'll see if I can dig up that post.

If you have a weapon w/ a dot on it and a condition of 1/1, the dot STILL works. I've tested this personally. Also, don't repair this yet. It has PLENTY of condition on it.

WHY IN THE GALAXY ARE YOU DISCUSSING REPAIR???!!!???
This pike will never need repairing. Hello!!!!! Over 450 condition and its a DOT pike!!!!
Hello!!!!! Anyone? Anyone? Hello!!!!
Unless you use this in regular combat, the 450+ condtion will last the LIFETIME OF THE DOT.....GUARANTEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stop talking about repairing this fine weapon. It needs it NOT!
According to posted developer statements, the appropriate time to repair is after it hit 25% condition. Anything before is a WASTE!
It blows me away how many people repair pikes before they get past25% What a waste!
Please..don't repair this. It does not need it. Ask around....

That was my fault, I was just joking about the repair and we got started on discussing dots on failed repairs on normal weapons. I would NEVER recommend repairing a weapon before it hit 25% and the highest I've ever repaired a weapon was at about 27% or 28%
