Okay, I've been reading around, and haven't found anything on this question yet. If it's already been covered and stickied, forgive me and just close this if you want.
Has anyone had any luck looting good lances off Singing Mountain Clan Force users and any other Dathomir Force users other than Nightsisters? Since a lot of people seem to camp the NS spots and all, was just curious if I could get the same good weapons elsewhere.

In my experience, the Singing Mountain Clan gives pretty much identical loot to equivalent Nightsisters.
The only problems with them are that they can be a bit tough to find sometimes and there at least a couple of them that have 100% electricty + kinetic resists. Plus I feel guilty killing them, since they used to heal me at the SMC vs. NS battlefield.

Yeah, the SMC are the beautiful, good force witches and they have helaed me on occasion too when I've been wounded. I leave them alone. The Nightsisters are evil and ugly. They deserve to die for both reasons.

I've probably killed 10 times the number of NS as SMC, but I've looted more crystals off SMC than NS, and more weapons offof NS than SMC. Could just be my luck though.

All witches must die.
SMC drops are comparable to the NS drops, however, I will say that I seem to get more CAs/AAs off of SMC. Also, my 800 Dam, Health Fire VL came off of a SMC Council Woman...go figure. Maybe it was just my lucky day.
