I wonder why it's exceptional, I've seen higher damage with good second dots that aren't exceptional, still not a bad find though, congrats.

Lol I have a guildie who looted an Enxceptional NS lance. Unfortunately the only thing exceptional about it was the very low ham cost

Same here. Exceptby my bud's was Legendary. Only thing Legendary about it was the Range Mods and the 244% Pot on the standard 40 Str Health dot. It's now on display in his guildhall.
