heh, maybe they whould make the upper level weapons, where you HAVE to have the cert to even hold it......kinda like armor, if you dont have the secondaries to wear it, you cant, unless you grind up and drop it all while holding the weapon........

Yup...every time I see a dancer with a NSEL, I get peevish.
I mean...you don't see me walking around in an Exquisite Leotard?
