What level of pikeman are you bro? Also, if you have armor and buff and brandy, go do janta on dant, go to dant mining outpost, get into a solo group, go get janta mission. Each of this mission is like 20k, you will be rich in no time. If for some reason you don't want to be in a solo group, then do pickets, they pay out 9k per mission and xp is pretty good to.
If that doesn't work, migrate to Shadowfire, we only being charge 12k a buff

Huurton stalker lairs are the best, if you're going for pure XP. ~15 x 5000 XP each = 75,000 xp per lair, compares to 25 or 30,000 each mokk/janta lair.

I started the grind on Quenkers and Savage Quenkers but they XP from Huurton Stalkers is better and they aren't that difficult to kill. THey do hit you with annoying dizzies and stuns but, if you're buffed and have decent armor, they're nothing to be concerned about. Spam your best area attack (make a macro) and keep an eye on your HAM for a timely stim B or C now and then and you'll climb the ladder in no time. Plus, the missions are usually around 10k when grouped so you'll pay for your buffs in two missions.
I have one recommendation for your template. Switch from Medic 2-1-1-1 to 2-0-3-0. The bonuses from 0-1-0-1 aren't really important for your pike needs and the 0-0-3-0 lets you use up to stim C's (check the med use before you buy to make sure its 30 or below) for a large heal when you need it.

Lucky your not on Farstar, 244x 3 hour 5 min buffs are about 80k last few days, for some reason, some nice docs only charge 50k 
but he guarantees a buff in under 4 minutes personally I like that, but the server is gone mad. I can afford them and so can the majority of players, but new players are fooked, its quite unfair
