Thread: pikes/fencer?
thats what i've been for about a year now, m/fencer m/pike m/brawler some swords some tk
and boy does it get the job done
yeah i was pikes and fencer pre cu but i was wondering more specifically what people think about it post cu.

I'm dabbling in enough fencer to get improved bleed, the binding attack, and likely improved lunge.
All very useful specials but there's little in the rest of fencer that interests me, so it's really just a cross-pollination for specials.
This defeats your warcry does it not, the bleed that is? If the target is taking damage then warcry stops, right?
Im not saying warcry is teh win button but just an observation. However, I think i might dabble for the bleed too, my personal opinion is its better to have that then warcry. You can only win by killing, not having him do nothing.
What is this binding stuff too?

Not only is warcry not the win button, it's barely even the do anything at all button.
Binding slows the movement of the target. Very very handy in PvP against a ranged opponent.
You guys need too do more testing, Warcry does not stop someone from moving like Stasis or Paralyze anymore. What it does is a15% reduction in spd too whomever you stick it too.
