It says its good when your opponent is low on ability points, so does this work when your opponent is low on FORCE???

Does this work on jedi too? But can you even tell a jedi's force lvl?

I don't think it works at all. I did some tests tonight, seeing how long it took me to fully regen my action bar (after using Squad Leader's /retreat, which does a 100% drain on action and mind). I fully regenerated my action pool in the same amount of time regardless if I was stunned (from Pistoleer's Burst Shot) or not.

/removing stun blow from my PvP toolbar until further developpement
