Center of Being, what does this skill do? I've just heard about it as a new feature to melee class that gets boosteed in each of the elite professions.

I understand we get a +30 to block once we're masters, but I don't think I've seen block in use before. How does this affect us? Weill we get hit as many times as we hit, say 1 out of 10 times?

I heard TKA got somekind of dodgeskill improvment; this will come in handy if dabbled

CoB increases the chance you will block/dodge/counterattack for the length of your CoB duration skill mod and the chance is determined by the efficacy mod. We are getting more than +30 block, it's +85, so maybe we'll see it happen more often now. Not sure exactly how much this will decrease the amount we get hit, but hopefully it will help. We'll see.

alright, finally some new stuff for us.

I went online on one of the european servers to check this CoB out, but I couldn't get it to work. I kept geting the message: "you cannot Center of Being while standing", "you cannot Center of Being while running" and "you cannot Center of Being while kneeling". You probably see I tried it in a various of different postures each time ...any suggestions? please tell me it isn't bugged, oh and yes, this was at novice brawler lvl

It's a combat skill, so you can only use it during combat. And at novice brawler the duration is so short I couldn't test whether it dropped when you used a special or not, at least on TC.

All this new dodge and block crap is great and all but I'd like to see ranged defense and defense vs dizzy/knockdown/posture-down to actualy do something. I still get hit by fullchargeshot and dizzied by meatlump things outside of major cities. What gives with that?

ah, ok... still, that was in combat, and I got that error messagewhen I tried to use the CoB with any of the 4 ways of melee at brawer novice lvl. Even so, I'll await shouting using the /bug until I have tested it with my MasterChar on Radiant server... that is if Radiant ever gets back up

It said you couldn't use it while standing and you were in combat? Hehe, /bug! I could use it while running on TC, and actually, now that I remember, even when not in combat...hmm.

haha! that describes my situation yesterday to a complete 100%! I was trying to finish off this Nightsister and she'd keep hitting me with FullChargeShot dealin out 1500 damaging blow that would incap. me instantly. It took me 5 rounds to end her, and by rounds I mean clone center visits

hokay, while I wait for Radiant to be online as always, is anyone experiencing the bug I had on the european servers on the other servers which are online? If so, be sure to use the /bug as I think the more tickets the more it'll get noticed.
