Thread: How fixxed are we?

CAn someone tell me how much better we really got. Manily cause i wont have time to play till lets see saturday... and thats only for a fwe hours maybe 2 or 3 at most. So can someone just give me a run down of what they fixxed? All i got from those notes is maybe better def? And i hear we hit more, can someone give me some numbers plz?

Gime a seccond and I can give you my exact modifiers. But off the top of my head I know I have 100 accuracy now. I'm 2/1/1/3

Look at Micoh's post, he posted what was on Test Center, and the numbers remained the same as far as I know.

Accuracy is a lot better, but I don't think that the problem is fixed. I still don't like how our weapons are at negative modifiers at all ranges, we should get at least one positive range....I'm sure the lower end pikeman will still have accuracy problems, although not as bad.


CoB. Well, it's a tossup. I have a +11 counter-attack modded headpeice that I wear, and I counter-attack like crazy with it. But, well, we're supposed to block, not counter-attack. Also, when I take the headpeice off, I don't counter nearly as much as I did with it on. Block definatly needs to be fixed so we can take full advantage of CoB.


Visuals. Good God it's brillant. I didnt know about it untill just now when I read the boards, but I alt-tabbed back in game and checked it out. It's amazing, and I'm glad it's not just a copy of the TK visuals.


The defensive mods will help a little, but it hasn't been that big of a change, so I don't think we'll notice it much.


Things still broken:


Ham-just became our number one issue methinks


Block-Already stated


Damage- I honestly beleive we arn't doing the damage we should be doing. If we had more defensive mods, I'd say we're fine, but since our mods are relatively low I think our damage output should be higher(MCommandos -almost- have as much melee/ranged def as we do for crying out loud!)


Nothing special about us- Theres mothing to set us apart from other classes. Given the choice, TK is still a more viable profession because of thier insane defenses, good dmg/speed, and of course, the meditation line. We need something that will set us apart from TKA, fencer, and swordsman.

Antoher thing TKA has going for it is the req for Smuggler. A LOT of people figure they've invested that much into UAXP, why not go farther for the defensive mods. I've been too busy with our player city and crafting mounts for people to comment on combat, though I took a whirl at mounted combat and found it to be not much different than normal, given how rarely I special.

Those mods on the other post looks pre-patch. Any ideals what we have after?

Look at Micoh's post with the stats that were on Test Center. As far as I know, those are currently live. I'll double check everything tonight and update that post as needed.
