I just KD'd some stormies while moving. Can we hit while running now?

i think so, we can also "set up" while movine, whre before if I hit polearm hit 2, I would have to stop moving, assume the ready combat position then start the attack sequence, while my target usually had taken off by then. Now the move goes off as soon as i stop and sometimes a litle before.
