Non halo pikeman here. Just moved to the profession couple days ago, about half way to getting novice pikeman box. I used to be all about the ranged combat professions but i found i dont get the same satisfaction in killing with a blaster that i do with just opening up a can of wupass with my fists, so i started ters kasi, while i was doing that i saw a master pikeman at ft tuskin andi was impressed by the form and belive it or not the "beauty" of the pikemans manuevers. so i started on the pikeman profession. And i must say the specials look cool in combat and when i do accualy make a hit with my LVA it does a lot of damage

Pikeman since day one. I started to surrender my pikeman skills to do what the holo told me, but I couldn't do it anymore. It was like cutting my own arm off. So, I've come to grips that I will never open the FSCS and will remain a pikeman till the end. And honestly, I'm starting to enjoy the game again because of it.

Pikeman since about a week ago, working on novice now. Its been a fun time, and I'm liking the profession so far.
(beside the fact that I miss a ton and the HAM costs are kinda high =p)

I'm also a droid engineer. I need the pain.
I used to be a rifleman, but pikeman has me enjoying it so much more. Even though I can't hit anything and my area attack (the whole one that I have right now) says it does damage but really doesn't, I really like this class.
Kudos to you guys that have been sticking with it since day one.

started up the pikeman tree since the game was available..eventually worked my way up the pikeman/CH trees, very effective btw. The holocron gods recently led me down the Bounty Hunter path, so sadly i've had to drop pike 
The NightSister Vibro Lances and Axes are amazing, esp after a good slicing. I still have a vibro lance with a fire dot, very sweet. Anyway, still not sure if i'm going to pursue Jedi..I will, however, be a pikeman again <: )
