How does one get that rank?
By retiring from a Correspondent position. Pahdbacca was the previous Combat Medic Correspondent and thus attained 'Blue Glowie' status once the new titles went into effect.

It's something we've been discussing with GarVa for a long time, so it's old hat to us...I just forgot that the general player base may not understand what it was about.

Update - I've been talking to Son Gouki and it looks like I can help out with the Sandbox Testing. I was concerned about being able to apply enough time to do a good job given a busy work schedule, but a lot of the Sandbox will be about debate, number crunching and communication. Things I think I can do a good job with. My jedi account is still paid up until January, so I'll be focusing mainly on the Sandbox and gathering information from the community to do a good job with the Sandbox. I won't be playing much on live, though I guess the option will be available if there is need and things 'calm down' in RL work.
Apologies for any confusion this may have caused, or frustration for other players. That was never my intent. I just hope I can make it back to you all with a 'good' revamp, though I really don't know any more then the rest of you on how it works, or when it starts.

When is the SandBox testing supposed to happen? This is will be the ultimate test of whether all of us outta cancel our accounts or stick it out for a revamp.
