I should be finishing Pikeman this weekend and hope to have my third holocron soon. So I will post an update of this information when I get it.
Holo 1 = Weaponsmith
Holo 2 = Armorsmith
Holo 3 = Carbineer
Holo 4 = Pikeman
Holo 5 = Pissed off 
Lol.. my Holos were WAY different..
1 - Master TKA
2- Master Pikeman
3- Master Swordsman (working on it slowly, waiting for prof badges before I drop too much).
If 4 is Master Fencer.. I'm gonna scream.. melee is fun and all, but come on =p.
Sith holo told me pikeman have not got second holo yet.

Well i am also a holo pike... I thought I would hate it being a dancer since beta... But I like it and combat was welcomed because I was bored of dancing in cantinas.
Started my Twi'lek as entertainer. Mastered Dancing. Took up other skills but only mastered dance. I have been mostly social and a casual gamer. First Holo said Pikeman. Almost finsihed mastering. i will keep you guys updated.

started as a Zabrak in Moenia, Naboo as a Marksman.
pre-holo:
Master Marksman
Master Scout
1st holo - Tailor (done)
2nd holo - Dancer (done)
3rd holo - Pikeman (still in brawler polearmsIII)
I have also mastered Entertainer to put on the check list.
ok I started as a brawler mon cal on Moenia. Was 1/4/4/3 in swordsman and 1/1/0/0 in CH and 1/1/0/1 in rifleman with some medic when i got my holo.
It said pikeman. So far i am working on novice pikeman.

I decided instead of hunting Jedi I wanted to be one... So I got 7 badges, declared my house few different planets. Went Holo hunting and got 4 in under 10hrs (ya got lots of punches for being lucky) Im just on the first right now and you guessed it Pikeman. I was straped for cash sold a holo for 5.3 mil (that helped) and still have the other 2 in my inv, all jedi holos.. I'll be sure to post my 2nd holo pro when im done with Pike wicth isnt that bad.

1st Holo (blue): Master pikeman...3 weeks later...(300k left), Keeping weaponsmith really hurt in terms of grinding, i could really have used medic or master brawler on the grind, but no way was I dropping master WS and my whole biz, oh well, almost there 
PS again, for the 1000th time, grinding professions for jedi sucks. I should have gotten my fs slot unlocked after my 10,000th perfect elite weapon build, following the completion of certain missions/objectives. Making me drop almost all my merchant skills is brutal for my work. Uncool. If I have to do master BH then I'll have to drop merchant altogether...in fact, i think I have to drop weaponsmith if i'm not mistaken. That is wrong.

Um they don't have a cap on Jedi just so you know
