All in all the patch was for the better. It did hit us hard, and at the time I was approx a block away from master and didn't feel like playing due to the "nerf." Imho there wasn't a nerf it was a balancing adjustment. They did it for the better and the longevity of them game. Honestly how many of you bought the game and expected to max out your character so soon; especially only being able to make one character per server. The zerk nerf was the hardest hitting I'll have to agree, but it was overkill. Not that I agree with the whole +75 damage thats a little under par. If only going to be +75 damage then I propose you allow us to use special abilities while in zerk This would make us all happy and wouldn't unbalance things at all. We get hit more often while in zerk and +75 isn't enough reason to use it. I will have to say that you shouldn't allow itim/warcry to be used while in zerk as it is now, but do open special abilities. This in it's self could allow you to keep some of the higher HAM cost because we would actually be able to do a little damage again since the 2x base damage zerk was taken. My other huge complaint is that going master brawler for zerk 2 is even more worthless now. I only use zerk 1 now even though I went master brawl because it runs out quicker allowing me to use intim/warcry/taunt more often. This MUST! be corrected make zerk 2 worth getting make it do +150-200 damage instead of the zerk 1 +75 damage. Currently zerk 2 is more a handicap than anything. I was far more down on the game than probably most of you were because I've seen so many games with great potential that fail due to the players becoming unhappy due to game changes. Most important make sure things are fixed instead of messing them up worse than before. I really think my above suggestions would make the community much happier.



I would like to comment on what creed said. Us pikeman using special is basically suicide due to the cost. You choose the time during battle that you want to use your one special because the rest of your ham is taken from aggro. I get more heals from doing speacial abilitys than I do from agro damage and thats just plain out wrong. Sharing the ham for different templates/special abilities was a great idea, but we need it to work. Times like this make us wish we had the old hp/manna bars so we know what we can/can't spend. When ready to use a special you might as well pull a knife out and jab yourself in the ribs. On a small but large not lets talk about unfair PvP. I understand most of you have problems in duels but I do well as a pikeman with some strategy; could have never done so pre-patch(75% pvp reduce dmg). I don't care who or what class you are, fight a BH with eyeshot and you'll loose every time. They don't even need knockdown when you're incaped from no mind which can't be healed. <--- Off topic but look into having entertainers make disc/albums/music playersthat have the ability to heal mind in combat; not wound or BF just mind during combat. This could intell give entertainers a market to sell/craft goods and help out the brain dead/mindless incaps.
